This month’s tasty trader line-up is as follows…
63 Islands will be taking you across the Caribbean islands, cooking up dishes influenced by the Spanish, French, Dutch and Indian settlers.
The Gravy Train Poutine – Poutine is a French-Canadian dish consisting of awesome rustic french fries, the ‘squeakiest’ cheese curds and an absolutely killer beef gravy (or mushroom gravy if meat ain’t your thing).
Holy Cluck – by HIDE Burger Bar, based at Riverside Chambers, Derby will be back with a fresh twist – Fried Chicken & Halloumi Fries. Buttermilk fried chicken burger, Katsu tenders and some cheeky halloumi fries.
Deckards – the bao buns and burger masters are returning with some new flavours on their already popular menu. Based at the Bell and Castle pub in Burton Road, Derby.
Frank Corndogs – one of our most popular traders will be serving hot dogs covered in maize-flour batter, fried, and served on a stick. Based in Lincoln.
The Gin Kitchen – Where every hour is Gin o’clock and a combined collection of over 150 different Gins from 5 continents! From Ashbourne, Derbyshire.
The Cookie Dough Co. – serving up sweet cookie dough treats in pots.
There will also be a DJ, table-tennis, table top football, and a large well-stocked bar!
