10 Thick Spicy Sausages
1 Red Pepper cut into 3cm squares
20 Small Mushrooms
10 Cherry Tomatoes cut in half
For the Glaze
2tbsp Teriyaki Sauce
2tbsp Hoi Sin Sauce
3 tbsp Orange Juice
2 tbsp rapeseed oil
Cut sausages into 3cm thick slices.
Thread sausages, peppers, mushrooms and tomatoes randomly onto skewers.
Mix together glaze ingredients and brush over each kebab.
Leave for 1hour then brush again.
Cook on BBQ or in oven 180°C for 15 minutes, turning to ensure they brown evenly.
Serve with noodles and stir fried veg using the leftover glaze.
