Ashbourne Festival 2017

June 16th-July 2nd

What is the Ashbourne Festival?

It’s a captivating and exciting mix of entertainment in a elegant rural setting. Every year the Ashbourne Festival takes place in the small market town of Ashbourne, the people who come from near and far are never left disappointed.

In the past, Ashbourne Festival has hosted some of the best street theatre, musicians, comedians, artists and writers working in the region, nationally and internationally.  A cultural oasis in a popular area that is still relatively isolated from significant arts venues, the Festival is doing it’s bit to bring culture to the masses.

Due to it’s consistent success and appealing nature, the Festival is now established as one of the town’s unusual mix of traditions.

What’s On This Year?

There are a multitude of acts and attractions for this year including theatre acts, classical and popular musicians, established and upcoming comedians, artists and young poets working in the region.
